We have since end of 2024 collaborated with power plant technicians, asset experts and maintenance leaders in Sira-Kvina Kraftselskap to develop user interfaces for them.
It is a real privilege for us to get so close to highly skilled power plant personnel and their processes. This enables us to collaboratively transform data and measurements into user interfaces (UIs) that support their work.

These are only a few of the UIs we have collaborated on. The vision is to make a portfolio of UIs encompassing power plant operations and maintenance. What all the UIs have in common are the considerations to ensure great user experience and usability. This entails:
Listen closely when challenges and needs are being described
Access, selection and quality of data
Analyses / Data processing and database queries
Graphical design and widgets
Involved users providing feedback on the way
Combine all of this for a great user experience
The combination of FDB’s employees and our HydroCord edge system gives us a strong foundation for transforming challenges and needs into delivered value.
